GMF Civil have provided a range of civil earthworks services at Andrea Lane for AMP Capital and Scentre Group.

Scope of works include:

• Demolition of existing carpark including trees,
• Box out and subgrade preparation,
• Construction of road pavement,
• Installation of drainage and retention system,
• Installation of street lighting and HV power,
• Coordination and construction of traffic light signals,
• Signage and linemarking,
• Traffic and Stakeholder management.

Taken by one of our previous GMF employees, the following video is a relaxed compilation of the works he was involved with at the Perth Stadium. The video shows a range of different works completed the team, including night works in order to meet the set project deadlines.

Many of our GMF team were excited to look back at the original site, reflecting on the enormous site transition from before and now – home to an enormous multi-purpose stadium.

GMF successfully provided:

• Pile breaking;
• Backfill and trim; and
• Custom earthworks for cricket pitch.
