11 Lot Subdivision

GMF cleared 3,055m² of top soil and provided a range of bulk earthworks services in preparation for construction of an 11 lot subdivision for Wood & Grieve Engineers. All work carried out incorporated critical traffic management and operational schedules, to enable access along Rockingham Rd. Road construction works carried out included the construction of road, subgrade and finished surfaces, retaining walls, kerbing and concrete services. GMF completed water, sewer, communications and electrical reticulation services to the eleven new allotments.

• 267 metres concrete kerbing
• 489 metre limestone retaining walls (three – seven courses high)
• 150m² intersection pavement installation

PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS

Quality control and management ensured GMF was able to deliver the large scope of works within client timeframes, whilst simultaneously meeting all pertinent local government and authority requirements. GMF successfully managed traffic access to Rockingham Rd with zero traffic or safety incidents and provided dust management and control on site.
