Completion of 70 lot subdivision for Niche. This project is in close proximity to GMF subsidiary CCR’s northern recycling yard. GMF were able to export any unsuitable material/excess offsite to our CCR yard. Scope included Bulk Earthworks, underground services including drainage cells and sewer main connections along with asphalt, base, kerbing, retaining walls and concrete footpaths.
GMF completed the full scope of works with late additions within the initial project program presented. Consistent liaison with the City of Wanneroo was required to ensure that there were no complaints or delays. The project was carried out with zero accidents or incidents and Stage 1 led to the award of Stages 2 & 3.
