GMF was specifically selected for the project based on our exclusive experience delivering top-down construction, allowing the client to achieve timely development deadlines. This project incorporated a three level basement carpark and nine level developme down construction works. Our team designed and implemented a unique conveyer system to successfully move the large quantity of excavated material from lower basement levels within the limited space available.
