Over a single day of work on site, GMF successfully completed bulk earthworks in preparation for a house pad in Dayton. Works included the primary stripping and disposal of topsoil from site, followed by cut and fill over site to achieve specified pad levels. Work was accredited with the provision of compaction and engineers’ certificates. Final works involved a return visit to site by GMF, to complete a slab clean in preparation of construction.
