The project involved the creation of new lots to add to the existing stage 1 of Jane Brook subdivision. The scope of works was everything from undergrounds to roadworks and retaining walls. Following another contractor completing stage 1, strict dust suppression was critical for stage 2A as our client had previously received a number of complaints from residents regarding dust.
GMF completed the full scope of works with zero accidents or incidents. Through strong liaison with the City of Swan, no complaints or delays to completion were incurred. Little to no dust pollution was critical to the project with existing housing and residents in a very close proximity to the work.
