GMF Residential provided excavation and compaction works on site for the construction of cellar retaining walls and in preparation for footings, concrete slab and stairs. This also included the on site removal of rubbish, backfill of cellar walls, stockpiling of required fill on site and removal of excess sand and rubbish. Compaction tests and engineers’ certificates were included along the several stages of completed earthworks.

Along with our accompanying earthworks, GMF was able to provide the supply of sand to meet level requirements. Various stages of works were successfully managed in cohesion with the client’s building program, allowing access for simultaneous work to be completed on site.
