GMF Residential successfully provided bulk earthworks and the supply and installation of 48m x 2.7m of post/panel shoring for the multi-story exclusive residence. First stage of completed earthworks involved the bulk excavations of basement, cartage and removal of excess sand. GMF was then called back to site to trim and clean the basement and backfill basement retaining walls. Final works involved forming, trimming and compaction of ground floor pad to level. GMF Residential provided compaction works as per engineers’ recommendations along with compaction tests and engineers’ certificates at various stages of completed earthworks.
